Account & Data Deletion

1. Google Play Games Services

NeoLife uses Google Play Games Services to automatically sign you in when you open the app. However, we do not require you to create an independent account with us, nor do we store any of your personal information or account data on our own external servers.

2. Local Data Storage

All core gameplay data, including your characters, progress, assets, and settings, is stored exclusively locally on your device.

3. How to Delete Your Play Games Data

Since the game connects to Google Play Games Services, you can delete your NeoLife Play Games data (such as achievements and leaderboards) directly from your Google account at any time:

• Open the Play Games app on your Android device.
• At the top right, tap the three-dot menu and select Settings.
• Scroll down to the "Your data" section and tap Delete Play Games account & data.
• Under "Delete individual game data," find NeoLife and tap Delete next to it.

4. How to Delete Your Local Data

To delete all your offline, locally stored gameplay data and associated information, you can do one of the following:

• Clear App Data: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > NeoLife > Storage, and tap "Clear Data" or "Clear Storage".
• Uninstall the App: Uninstalling NeoLife from your device will automatically and permanently delete all local save files and game data.

Please note that this action is irreversible. Once you clear the app data or uninstall the game, your local progress cannot be recovered.
